Big Boy Family - Port Clinton

Last night, I encountered an issue with my order, so I called to inform them. Holly, the manager on duty, was fantastic in resolving the problem. She explained that the person who took my order was new and still in training. Holly offered me a complimentary replacement order, and I appreciated that she would notify the General Manager, who would reach out to me as well. Kudos to Holly for her excellent service!

The breakfast was excellent! Just a heads up, you need to wear a mask when you enter Big Boy!

Beloved by the locals, this restaurant has been a favorite of my family for four generations. It's wonderful to see how much they care for the community, just as we care for them. When they wish you a good night or a great weekend, you can tell they genuinely mean it. The city would truly be at a loss without Fresh Big Boys.

Nothing beats the Big Boy! Great staff, the food was delicious. It was a glass of sauce. So glad these restaurants are still there!

Food was fast and hot. Drive through. Inside in the Port Clinton Big Boy has always been above average to good. Service has already been good.
