Little Caesars Pizza - Port Colborne

Great place to go when you are not too hungry and really want to enjoy a peaceful, relaxing day. You could enjoy an hour wait in a very fine parking lot, building up quite an appetite. Other locations are just too rushed with all their hot and ready pizzas. We should all take a couple hours out of our busy work day to rest and wait patiently for some top quality pizza.

The quickest i got my hot and never ready 15 minutes. Of course i didn't include the time at home to finish cooking it. It was better because the last time it was 40 minutes. Apparently the owner doesn't want to do hot and ready. Well I think I am done.

Very bad service, the workers gave us dirty looks as soon as we walked in... pizza was undercooked and then one of the younger cashiers decided to give us the middle finger when we were sitting in the car infront of the store.. this place shouldnt be in business

Absolutely horrible service , I have my lunch break at 830 I get there around 845 and everytime the person working named “brook” claims the restaurant is closed today she thankfully took my order as I was there at 840 , how ever I got a pretzel pizza as this is my favorite and when I got back to work i openers the box to find no pretzel crust , I called and asked what was up with my pizza she then claims the pizza has no pretzel crust it’s just a regular pizza with salt on it . All I asked was if she could maybe refund me or give me a new pizza next time I come she was hen argued more saying it’s just a normal pizza with salt on it . I’m very very very disappointed with the service I received, and maybe review her training .*upstate* I spoke with the manager today and she said oh well atleast you got a pizza at this time VERY VERY unprofessional

First to order of 3 people, 25 minutes later the young worker behind the counter asks if I am waiting on food nope! Just thought I 'd hang out at little ceasers for 45 minutes.
