Ming & Sing - Port Coquitlam

Their food is okay but it always seems like it has been sitting forever. The meat is always tough even when they just bring it out. And the rice tastes stale. Not the best quality.

Haven't been for a while vacation and such. Got an email with coupon so went back. Concept is somewhat food court style in a strip mall setting. They produce small quantities of what they sell and continue to top up I guess that works if you like the popular items. But even those when smaller quantities remain tend to dry out they do cook new when you ask for that item BUT they sneak in the old as well while you are waiting so the noodles might be warm but you find the odd parts that you know we're old dried out and potentially cold. Sort of works BUT not- so-much. Sorry concept is good and they do draw people. We went back. But be true to the concept. It its dried out and wilted don't serve it

You can either sit and eat or take it to go. I Love their ginger beef! Just the right amount of sweet and gingery and its crisp when its hot! Good service.

Poor and inauthentic food. Service was okay but you could tell that the food had been stagnant for quite some time. Disappointing overall.

Disappointed .... took one hour to deliver...mall food court callibre. Thought we were ordering authentic dishes .... far from it!
