Subway - Port Coquitlam

This restaurant is amazing because it is open 24 hours, which is rare to find in today's post-COVID times. The staff has always been friendly and provides good customer service. Sometimes there may be rowdy locals hanging out there due to the long operating hours, but it is still a great place to grab a late night meal.

I had a 2-for-1 voucher for sandwiches at this restaurant. The night worker refused to honor it and then wouldn't even sell me one sandwich when I explained I could only afford one. This was a terrible experience with bad business practices and customer service. The worker was also very rude to other customers. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

I am puzzled by how a toaster can be shut off for over 2 hours for cleaning, or how someone can make three separate sandwiches with the wrong ingredients. If you want to experience this for yourself, visit this location. They truly excel in providing terrible service. Well done!

6 p.m. ...always unkind female employees.The bread is cold...It is always unsatisfactory. The male staff in the evening is always the best.It seems that training of ?? employees is necessary.

Friendly staff after 11 pm. Open 24 hrs is great too.
