Tim Hortons - Port Coquitlam

This restaurant is very convenient to our hotel. They offer a variety of options for breakfast and coffee. I highly recommend it to both locals and visitors.

I received one order with six errors. I cannot believe how poorly this situation was managed by Timmy in the city.

The restaurant is conveniently located for hotel guests. The reception staff was pleasant and courteous. There is also a bar on site.

We've been here for years since the staff is great, but since the renovation we've been horrified. This must be the most unattractive, unhappy ugly place I've ever seen. The backs of my legs still hurt the chairs. My wife, I myself and a few friends paid this newly renovated Tims Revisit last night.... never again. very unpleasant experience. So if your point is... You don't want us hanging up... You're successful in this area.

This location has always been the most poorly managed in the area. On Saturday morning with both lines to capacity in the drive through I went into the store to pick up an order that was called in the day before. There were 18 people ‘working’ behind the counter. Only one cash register was open and the line up was literally out the door. The mobile order line, which was “not open” despite having a worker standing at it on her phone. The order was not ready and it took the manager coming out of the back and another staff person to complete it. The number of staff on duty at any given time is ridiculous. They are falling over each other, the orders are mixed up, the hot chocolate machine is forever dispensing brown water and despite many hands the production line is very very slow. Hard to believe this location makes any money. Last time we will visit.
