Waves Coffee House Westwood

I visited on Friday afternoon and, unfortunately, I found the staff to be rather rude and unfriendly. The male employees taking orders appeared particularly unhappy. In the past, the staff had been welcoming and created a friendly environment, which is why I used to visit frequently. However, after this experience, I no longer feel inclined to return. Food rating: 1/5.

I had a frustrating experience at the restaurant this morning due to the lackluster customer service, despite the absence of lines or crowds. When I arrived, two staff members simply stared at me without offering a greeting as I waited to place my order. After I received my coffee and baked goods, I tipped them and expressed my thanks, but they completely brushed me off and walked away without saying a word.

I found a private room that is perfect for my meetings with clients, and I couldn't be more pleased! The food was exceptional, absolutely deserving a perfect 5 out of 5 rating.

The cafe is tidy and roomy, with plenty of cozy couch seating and tables available. The front area is bright, contributing to a friendly ambiance. There's plenty of parking, as the cafe is located in a plaza. The menu boasts a wide range of options, and they offer drinks in both small and large ('waves') sizes.

The restaurant has new owners now, and it looks significantly improved. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is clean and peaceful. Food: 5/5.
