Smokers so close to the bar area the smoke drifts into the children's play area.- complained to the manager - no action takenA woman with a dog on the decked area - complained to the waitress - no action takenWarm bottled beer - was told "that's the coldest it gets, its Australia, get used to it"Food OK but slow, complained but told the kitchen was short staffed (lots of waitresses chatting and texting though, maybe one could help the kitchen ??)Shame we had such a bad experience in such a lovely location,
This pub/restaurant had a great atmosphere with a combination of indoor/outdoor seating. The menu is Australian fare with seafood slant. Good variety for both adult and kids meals. Servings were HUGE so consider sharing if you are more entree size eater. Tap water was not pleasant but the bar is well stocked so I'm sure you'll figure it out!
Pleasant pub with friendly staff and a view over the marina. Large beer garden and very nice out in the sun. Only called in for a few beers but the specials menu looked very inviting plus the usual pub nosh. Good relaxing location.
Arrived around 6, and was quite empty, but an hour later there was a queue of about 20 people, waiting to be served. There's no table service- so you order food at the till in the restaurant and then order drinks in the adjoining bar. I had the the surf and turf - good pub food and quickly served.
