Dizzy Dolphin - Port Elizabeth

This is a fantastic spot to grab a bite to eat. The view of the sea from the restaurant is breathtaking. There are a few slot machines and a separate pub area distinct from the dining space. The food was amazing, and the daily specials offer excellent value for money. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning!
