Fusion offers an incredible dining experience, with both the food and the staff being truly outstanding. The entire menu is fantastic, from the sushi to the wok-fried rice. The black pepper squid is delicious, and the ribs are simply amazing. What more can I say?

The food, atmosphere, and service were exceptionally great! I only wish I could take it back with me to Johannesburg. It was truly an amazing meal, featuring all the delicious elements of fantastic Asian cuisine!

Was there last night with my better half and WOW, the food was the best experience I've ever had the privilege of enjoying. I have dined at Nobu's Restaurants and I can tell you one thing, even though his restaurants are rated as the best sushi joints in the world, your meals were far superior in every way possible. Oh, and those mussels, I will literally give up everything to eat that everyday. Keep up the amazing work and you will definitely be seeing more of us.

I have been going to Fushin since they opened and never have I had a bad meal. Mark probably won't remember but one of my first experiences was when my friends and I were waiting for a table at Soho lounge and our waitron forgot so naturally I was annoyed but when we eventually got a table he personally made sure we were fine and asked us to try a number of dishes at no charge. So I have been a loyal happy patron since then�
