Tim Hortons - Port Hawkesbury

This is the smaller branch located in Port Hawkesbury, and they sometimes run out of baked goods. I often stop by to grab a box of treats to share, and it's advisable to visit before noon for the best selection.

During my evening shift at around 5:30 PM, I frequently order a sandwich meal from the Port Hawkesbury Tim Hortons, but I often find that they are out of potato wedges. I can understand if this happens later in the night, but 5:30 PM is dinner time, and they should be well-stocked for meal orders. It's disappointing to encounter this issue when I expect a complete meal. I feel discouraged about ordering from this location again. If you can't provide certain items, it's better not to offer them at all!

This location mainly serves drive-thru customers, but it's clean and has a friendly atmosphere. If you're in a hurry, you can't go wrong here!

The service was awful, the wrong order was delivered, and when we tried to resolve the issue, we were met with resistance and still didn't receive the correct items.
