Red Rice Buffet - Port Hope

The buffet has good variety, and I especially like the chicken skewers and assorted vegetables. The soups are good. The beef with onions are also very tasty. Choices include rice and noodles, chicken balls, shrimp balls on skewers, wings, sweet and sour spare ribs, egg rolls and more. There is a salad section, fruit, ice cream and desserts.

Forget this place period and don't leave any change from your bill on the table. I've never seen a waitress grab the money so fast in all my life and we hadn't even gotten up to leave. I had to tell her the money wasn't for her. So rude, no class. Food mediocre and not very hot. With all the wonderful restaurants in Port Hope, why would anyone go there!?

Although the buffet contains some western food one can always find enough Asian dishes. Food is hot and fresh. Soup is available and there is always a choice

If you like Chinese buffets, this one will work. The service was good and had a good selection of food. No complaints, but I just prefer a better quality dining experience.

A nice Chinese/Canadian menu. Very friendly wait staff. Beef, shrimp noodles and chicken dishes very good.
