Contribuisci feedbackI placed an order online for a calzone with SPINACH, chicken, tomatoes, and mozzarella. I picked up the order, and once I got home, I thought I smelled fish. I don't eat ANY fish as I'm allergic to shellfish, and all fish is offputting to me. So imagine my surprise when my calzone had no spinach but anchovies. I called, and the store offered to either replace the calzone or give me a credit. I decided to go for the replacement, but instead of the calzone, I ordered the individual pizza with the same toppings: SPINACH, chicken, tomatoes, and mozzarella. They offered to deliver it to me, so I said okay. Then 15-20 minutes later, the driver brings my pizza. As I took it to the kitchen, I thought I smelled fish again, but I thought it was my imagination. Sadly, it wasn't! They had done it again, NO SPINACH, but anchovies! TWICE, they got it wrong! When I called back, I was told they couldn't do anything because they had already replaced my first order. WHAT??? You made my order wrong TWICE, and now I have no dinner, and since I paid cash, I couldn't even call my credit card company to stop payment. They asked me to send photos so they can file a store complaint, but I don't trust that to happen. Also, there was no manager or supervisor there for me to speak with either. Anyway, needless to say, I will NEVER order from Pizza Man Dan's again. Their idea of customer service is disgraceful when it was their mistake both times!! Also, employees that can't tell the difference between spinach and anchovies or just don't care! All someone had to do was double-check the order before sending it since they already had gotten it wrong once before. Shameful!
I ordered online I couldn't even get ranch with my order because it wasn't an option to click online for ranch. The pizza was okay but the sandwich was so hard and burnt the bread was so hard it was so burned my child couldn't eat it. Once I place my order I called the store and I asked the manager or the lady if she could give me some ranch and I could either cash out for the money or if she could just give me for free one ranch because I wasn't able to get it online and she would not give it to me and I told her I was going to cancel my order but by the time I got my food it was too late I couldn't cancel it and I got a really burnt bread for my sandwich I'm not satisfied. Better costumer service is needed I asked for one small ranch paid 30 some cash what was one small ranch going to hurt them?
I didn't try their food, but others seemed to enjoy it. We had a meeting in their back room and they were very friendly and accommodating.
The truth is, and I'm not exaggerating, the chicken they put on my pizza was spoiled. I'm not saying that it's like this all the time, but I was unlucky that it turned out like this. I seriously don't recommend this place, and besides, the service was terrible that day. The owner of the place just left pizza on the table, not even a greeting or anything, he just arrived and left it and left, I said wow, that's bad.
Very good fresh tasting pizza and wings, very clean and very friendly staff.
