Whataburger - Port Isabel

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I went there for breakfast, and everything was cold and burnt. Honestly, the hash browns even had a smell similar to body odor, which made both my girlfriend and me feel sick to our stomachs. To top it off, they served our food as if it were a five-course meal. By the time we finally got our pancakes, we felt so nauseous that we ended up throwing them away and leaving.

My 16-year-old daughter recently visited the Port Isabel Whataburger with two friends after they worked on a school project together. She placed her order and was asked for a name to put on it, so she provided her last name, spelling it out as it has five letters. Unfortunately, the person taking the order misspelled it. When an employee named Josiah walked around trying to deliver the orders, he mispronounced the name due to the mistake. When my daughter realized what was happening, she flagged him down and said, "That's my order." Josiah then responded by cursing at my daughter, complaining about how many times he had walked around calling the wrong name. Is this kind of behavior acceptable in a business environment now?

Help!!! Management really needs to take responsibility for training their staff! We visit four different locations depending on our route, but this one is by far the dirtiest! The service is incredibly slow, and the tables and floors are rarely cleaned. We stopped by at 4 PM, and the place was a disaster—napkins and food all over the floor. We returned around midnight, and despite there being no other customers, nothing had been picked up or cleaned. The floors and tables were filthy, and the employees were just standing around. It's really frustrating! Please take pride in your establishment—it’s disheartening to see it in such a state.

Outstanding service. Every worker within 5 feet of me greeted me and asked if I had been helped. My food was correct, which at some fast food places is a big deal. I will definitely drive from my hotel on the beach to this one for my breakfast and lunch.The one the island, needs some help.

Well when I I come to Texas which is rare i got to have a WHATABURGER and today I got me a double with a jalapeño and some chicken tenders and ohhh my was it delicious
