Il y a peu d'options sur le menu mais cela garantit la qualité. Cependant, le restaurant propose une formule en plus de la carte. Les plats sont délicieux.

Le propriétaire et le personnel sont très sympathiques et accueillants, très souriants. Le service est très rapide, nous ne sommes jamais déçus depuis que nous venons. Nous sommes toujours très bien accueillis, le cuisinier est très bon, rien à reprocher. De la part des carcassonnais.
