The gorditas are pretty good. many places do not make them right, but la salud makes them delicious!

The food is great, but for the love of God, they need to speed up the service. I'm not sure if it's the attention to detail (which is commendable) causing the long wait for food orders, but they really should hire another cook to help get the delicious dishes out faster! Also, a suggestion regarding the aguas frescas: please watch the sugar levels. The watermelon agua was a bit too sweet last time.

Everything needs to be updated. There is almost nothing on the paleteria side of things that you see anywhere online that they actually offer. No coconadas, fresadas, manzanas locas, (all reasons I stopped by. Ended up getting an escamocha, which was good, no doubt, but extremely limited options. Fruit cups and escamochas; they looked to have some ice cream, that's about it. If you want a sno-cone, there are better options available in town, and half the flavors on the list are marked off anyway. Can't speak on the actual food portion, as that's not why I stopped and not what I ordered. What they have IS good, if you want one of those 3 or 4 things. If you found it online, they probably don't serve it.
