FIRST TIME coming to a restaurant which DON'T KNOW what is Medium cooked STEAK....Sadly i can't upload photos here.I ordered angus rump beef steak which i've requested it Medium cooked. The serving took quite some time, sadly no one served us water nor give us any plates. The angus rump beef steak was too cooked so we voiced out to the waitress, she agreed that it was too cooked nearly medium well. So she took it into the kitchen intended to change a new one for us. However, few minutes later, another waitress came out with the same plate telling us that it's medium rare while claiming that angus rump steaks tend to be harder and scotch steaks softer. Also saying that medium cooked steaks means that there's some pink inside...etc. The most disappointing part is that i felt uninvited by her attitude of describing and finding her excuses for the over cooked beef. It was too hard to chew or even cut. Unfortunately, we were not able to finish the beef. What an upsetting and disheartening experience...... :(The waitress who agreed on the over cooked steak offered ice cream for the unsatisfied steak afterwards.We turned down the offer as main dish can't be substitute by sdessert.

Delicious food and excellent service! The staff were very helpful, making for a wonderful dining experience. I would rate the service a perfect 5 out of 5.

I had a fantastic meal, and the staff made the experience even more enjoyable. The venue was excellent as well. I definitely recommend it!
