Unbelievable... the customer service here is the worst. I requested a tissue, and they just brushed me off. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

The sorbet is absolutely delicious—one of the best I've ever had! It's not overly sweet, and the consistency is just perfect. This is a charming little cafe located in Newport Village.

My friend and I had a wonderful time at this café. The staff was friendly, and the service was excellent. I wish more establishments were as welcoming. It truly enhances the overall experience. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Unfortunately, our experience was marred by the poor customer service management at Casa. Our kids were excited to try the bubble gum and cotton candy ice cream flavors. The bubble gum was fantastic! Unfortunately, the cotton candy had an odd coffee-like taste that our kids didn't enjoy. I tried it myself and agreed—it was far from what we expected. When I returned to request a different flavor, I was informed, after a brief discussion among the staff, that I would have to pay for the replacement. I went ahead and paid, as my children’s enjoyment is important to me, but I was disappointed by the lack of empathy and understanding in their response. While the product was decent, the poor customer service means we won't be returning any time soon, especially with so many other options nearby. Good luck.
