Contribuisci feedbackThey definitely abuse the drive through parking system here. No matter how small my order is at the drive through, they ALWAYS make me park and wait. Even when NO ONE is behind me?? Last time I waited there 15 minutes for two little items and I could see in my rearview mirror that they then go on to sever like 5 others with big orders behind me before I even get mine.. I was in a hurry! What happened to first come first serve?! That parking system should only be used when it’s busy and people are in the way with a large order. Not a small one!
I've been there twice in the past, but I eventually gave up and started going to other McDonald's locations that are farther away, as the wait times were just too long. I genuinely believe this is the worst McDonald's I've experienced. After reading other reviews, it appears that the service hasn't improved over the years. I will definitely continue to avoid this place.
I paid over $18 for a quarter BLT combo, which came with a small shake and an espresso shot. The medium fries were quite small as well. It used to be a good value at McDonald's, but for that price, you might as well spend an extra $2-3 and get a proper meal elsewhere.
This might be the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. I went through the drive-thru and there was no line, yet they still managed to mess up my order of three items. McDonald's usually has a solid training system, so it's surprising to see it handled so poorly. I guess it was just a bad shift.
I had a disappointing experience at this McDonald's. The customer service was not good; the staff was somewhat rude during our interactions. As a McDonald's employee myself in Richmond, I'm aware that employees are entitled to a 50% discount on their orders. However, when I requested the discount, the manager refused, stating that this location is unique and only offers a discount on one meal. As a fellow employee, I felt embarrassed by their cold response and their unwillingness to accommodate the request of a customer, especially an employee who works hard for the company. If I had the option to give zero stars, I would. This experience was truly disheartening, and I'm being completely honest in my feedback.
