Panago Pizza - Port Moody

For average pizzas, the service here is way too poor to be tolerable. The guy at the counter appeared to be manager owner as he was not in uniform spoke to me in a vile, condescending manner. I almost walked out but decided to proceed with the order. I had to repeat my order not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES. I literally only ordered 1 pizza. Had to repeat the name for the order multiple times as well. when he noticed I did not give a big tip, he literally snatched the card machine away from me and scowled at me from behind the plexiglass. Not sure what I did to deserve such contempt from a service staff, maybe because I am a senior gentleman. In the end the food was not great. The pizza wasn’t toasted well, there were still chunks of hard mozzarella on top. Last time I’m coming to this branch.

So impressed with my delivery man. I think it was the nicest most genuine delivery ive ever received! I wish i had tipped him more! I ordered the food to arrive at 7pm and it arrived at exactly 7pm. The pizza is delicious and i am really happy. What a lovely person. I will order again just because of that experience

The pizza was decent, but the customer service was terrible. I went there to pick up some pizza and wings, but the staff member I dealt with was quite rude.

I paid $35 for a single pizza (not including tip), and they served us the wrong dip. I won’t be returning.
