Subway - Port Moody

The location is convenient for me, but over the year the staff seem to be more and more miserable. There isn’t a prompt “hello”, and forget seeing a smile or getting a “thank you”. The food is standard, but lately it’s starting to go down hill as well. Most days now the sandwiches are quashed down to a compact size.

Finally some good customer service at this branch… german was i guess the girl’s name, was very kind and good order taking

I have come to this subway a few times, and everytime I come in the place is a mess as if it never has been cleaned. When we walked in both the ladies were chilling in the back talking unaware we even walked in. They seemed frustrated as if we inconvenienced them about coming into the place to order our food. The food in the trays were pretty old looking and not updated/fresh at all. She was throwing around the food, as if she was fed up with making sandwiches. This isn’t the first time this type of attitude was given from this place. Every time i have been there its the same customer service. Very unfortunate because this place is located in a very busy area but they are very unwelcoming

I love Subway, but this is by FAR the worst one. I’ve been here several times always hoping for a positive experience but nope. Always a disappointment, the Managers are usually nice but the younger workers are rude and put no pride into making the sandwiches. Every-time I go they mess up in some way and I always politely point out the mistake but they will not own up to it. Example, stampede brisket is 4 rolls of meat, they put 3 on mine, so one side of the 12” had next to no meat.Bad bad bad bad!

One of the girls helping me looked like she HATED her life and job. She seemed so inconvenienced that I came in to buy a sandwich. Girl.. it’s 6pm.. relax. The other girl (I think her name was Maneet? was really nice checking me out on the register. As for the other girl… maybe she was having a bad day? The other reviews here tell me otherwise.. she needs an attitude adjustment. I’ll go somewhere else for food in Sutterbrook.
