Sunshine European Deli - Port Moody

At our visit we discovered a series of changes that indicate something else. the peculiarity of sunshine european deli has changed the hands. as we understand, the owners of the well-known polonia sausage house in vancouver serve this deli. our old favorites were still available and some were not. some sausages that make recipes and aromas are close to what we like/primarily, there are some new products now available.

The aroma of smoked meat fills its lungs during the arrival. besides a large selection of cold cuts made in front of location, there are European dry goods like the favorites of my wife, beet with meerrettich is a must to get. very often. experience line for the service with regular like us who come from their way to sunshine deli in port moody. try their 'ham suasage' as just a recommedtaion.

The new owner, who has been in charge for a couple of years now, has curated a fantastic selection of high-quality deli meats, sausages, and more. The quality of meat used in the sausages is excellent, surpassing the usual commercial varieties found in most large grocery stores. The restaurant also offers a wide variety of imported Polish and European products. There are often long lines and waits, especially on Saturdays, due to the many loyal repeat customers. Our favorite item is the ham sausage rings.

I requested the owner of this deli to prepare a couple of charcuterie boards for me and a friend. He was efficient and friendly, and the boards were excellent. He included meats that I had never tried before. If you have a special occasion or event that requires snacks, this is much better than store-bought options. I highly recommend giving them a try!

This restaurant is more of a deli shop than a cafe, as there is no seating available. It is often quite busy with loyal customers who believe that their meat offerings (including homemade/cured hams and various types of sausage rings) are the best in the area. It is common to wait 5-10 minutes for your turn, but the family-run deli and service staff are always polite. Customers are allowed to taste a product before making a decision. We have been coming back for years and highly recommend many of their meat products.
