Great food and atmosphere. The staff is very friendly but not enough people working at this location, so be prepared for a long night. Just order plenty of drinks and you will be fine.

Best atmosphere in Port O. The food is decent and does the job after a long day of fishing. The service can be hit or miss. I’ll continue to go here.

You certainly get what you pay for at this upscale establishment. I had lunch at 5D today. It's not my first time with them, just my first time with them in Port O’Connor. The food was pleantiful and satisfying, and the atmosphere was quiet on this cool fall day. The service was prompt and courteous as well. If you're in the area and want a home cooked style meal that more than satisfies, come on by. You will not leave hungry.Parking: This is a huge, unpaved parking area, perfect for the traveling sportsman (boat in tow).

This will be our last time to dine here. We keep giving the restaurant chances, but are continually let down.We usually come on the weekends. There are other tables, not full, and people at the bar. It takes FOREVER to get a drink from the bar. When we did get our drinks, a glass of wine and a martini, they were served in plastic cups. We were informed that on the weekends they only use plastic cups….but, not true! The table behind us ordered wine and they got actual wine glasses. I guess they pick and choose who gets actual glasses and who gets plastic cups. Hum?Also, the food isn’t horrible..The steaks are over cooked for the most part and it takes twice as long to get your food as it does the drinks. When the food does come, and it’s cold, there is no offer to send back and make warm, just a weird expression and an, “oh, sorry!”The problem is there are only a couple of restaurants near by, and they don’t have to try very hard, no place else to go.Overall, poor management, bad service and mediocre food.

Two of our three steaks were not cooked properly. The service was bad because they were short-handed. We knew that they were short-handed because we heard the servers complaining about it. Our server was not in a good mood. The restaurant is cool. There is plenty of parking.
