Great variety of gourmet sandwiches A+. Great sandwich experience when they are on point! Great fast courteous service. Little pricey but you are in the mall...still worth the trip.Try their ham and cheese on chiabatta bread w slight pepper sauce! Ask for Cindy! A+ service!

This branch of Panini Cafe has always served up the highest quality of food. I am always in love with their Tuscan Steak Sandwich. First time I tried their greek salad and i was impressed with the amount of salad that was served for the price. It was almost a whole meal. Coffee was great too. The Staff is always friendly and attentive. Their crepes are amazing i love the nutella and strawberry.

The most concerning incident occurred when I overheard one of the staff members admit to accidentally using the wrong sauce in a dish. How did they handle it? The cashier, who had just handled my payment, went over without wearing gloves, grabbed the bun, and started scraping off the sauce with a knife! Another employee then used a napkin to dab away some more of it. It’s hard to believe they would do this in plain view of customers! Additionally, when the worker who delivered my order accidentally knocked some of my fries onto the floor, she didn't consider it necessary to replace them. Given that this place is already quite expensive, I expected better food handling practices. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. While the employees were friendly, their disregard for proper food handling protocols is unacceptable. Proceed at your own risk!

I visited yesterday and wanted to place a simple order for just a salad. Unfortunately, the cashier seemed annoyed and ignored me. When the phone rang, she turned her back to answer it, and the call turned into a lengthy order. I ended up leaving. I hadn’t been to this place in a while since I moved out of the neighborhood, but I remember Panini had fantastic service. I was really disappointed this time around. It seems like nothing stays consistently good in Trinidad.

The service and food are excellent. I've been dining there for several years, and the quality of the food has consistently remained high. The fact that the staff has also stayed the same over the years speaks volumes about the good management at this restaurant.
