Great service, eating, drinks and cheerful atmosphere.

I visited jaxx grand bazaar this evening for the first time ever since the rebranding for my 10-year-old. I had a great evening in jaxx the culinary experience was exquisite. we sat on the back of the other tables that were perfect for both of us to eat from the other families and have an intimate evening meal. our waitress was aisha (not sure she was spelled correctly) she was pleasant and made sure we had everything we needed. she made great recommendations and told us about the weekly specials that we would definitely be interested in being apart. when I read the reviews of foods that are prepared for a long time, I decided to eat from placing a order too table and it took only 20 minutes to have enough time to have a drink and to speak before eating out. I had the half ripp with the spiced keilfries and kraut. the meat was boiled to perfection, it was dropping from the bone and tasted amazing. my wife had the jax signature platter, she also said that it was amazing and I even tasted it some of the best tandoori huh I ever tasted. we finished the evening with dessert recommended by our waitress the chocolate melted cake with ice, in any case one must finish their evening in jaxx. it was just a good opportunity to finish the evening.

The food was lovely so was the company. The waitress that served our table had a little attitude but all round a wonderful experience

First visit since the change over...yeah...its been awhile...did not know what to expect.....clean...comfortable...am not that much into meat.....my mind was still on the last meal i had there which i throughly enjoyed....not on the new menu...to me its limited for non meat eaters.....had a nice time.....late lunch with a friend....

The meal was served VERY long after we ordered. I asked for a fully cooked beef smokehouse burger and I recieved the beef medium rare, cold, as well as the steak and the fish my family ordered were cold. The drinks were served way after we finished our meal and only half of the table got their drinks and got the others 9 minutes later.
