The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate my sister's special request because of her nut allergy. I give them two thumbs up!

It turned our friend's birthday into a memorable occasion. We created wonderful memories.

The banana split only came with ice cream, nuts, and banana—there was no chocolate or fudge.

I ordered the banana caramel crunch with extra bananas and a graham cracker pie crust, but none of it was blended, and there were hardly any bananas included.

I really love this place and their Sookie Cookie Doughnt You Want Some, but my recent visit was disappointing. When I went to pick up my order, the staff member informed me that the system was down. We had to wait, and when I mentioned my order, she rolled her eyes. Instead of making the Cookie Doughnt You Want Some that I had requested, she prepared something completely different. I ordered a triple pint, but she only gave me about half of what I was supposed to receive. When she noticed there wasn't enough ice cream, she just scooped more straight from the tub into my pint. Additionally, she placed the toppings on top instead of mixing them in and was not wearing gloves. Overall, it felt like a waste of $23.
