My drink wasn't made correctly, but I didn't want to mention it since the server was young and I know that Caesars can be hit or miss. No big deal there. However, the significant issue arose when we ordered an appetizer and two entrees. The meals arrived, but my partner pointed out that we hadn’t received our appetizer. The server looked at us and said she thought she saw it coming out. We insisted we hadn’t gotten it. It turned out that our order hadn’t been properly entered into the kitchen. I told her not to worry about it since we already had our meals, but we were never provided with cutlery or napkins. Throughout our meal, we tried to get the staff's attention without success. They were just standing at the end of the bar, and my husband even attempted to get their attention, but it fell on deaf ears. Even after we finished our meals—doing our best without any utensils—the server walked by and didn’t acknowledge us or check in. I would say we might return, but this experience was really disappointing, and my partner is adamant about not coming back.
My wife and I have been coming here for several months after counting 40 years in Oshawa. every time we come in, it feels more at home and we will get to know the personal how they get to know us. eating is very diverse and excellent. the server are great. especially our favorite megan. in any case a supervisor. the wings are mentioned in other reviews
This place is incredible! If you ever find yourself in Port Perry, make sure to stop by. The food is fantastic and very affordable. Rylee, our server, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I can't wait to come back!
We thought we were brunch here today. we sat at our table and a table from others came to us in 10 minutes and was served. terrible service. not just an hour waiting for food to come. when it came, my partner got his only one, and then they told him that he was missing a thing that he was born to have in his order. when I asked where my waitress said they forgot to do it. do not waste their time coming here!
The place was deserted, and I noticed at least three servers on duty. We waited over 15 minutes just to receive menus at our table. It took another five minutes before anyone approached us to inquire about a drink menu. After an additional 10 minutes without any service, we decided to leave.
