Crusty Pizza - Port Perry

Best pizza in pp. good value, fast and delicious. we're not going anywhere else. friendly staff behind the counter.

This was our first time trying Crusty's Pizza and we were impressed. The dough was cooked perfectly, with no undercooked or grey spots. We will definitely be returning.

On the main strip in port perry, there are plenty of parking places. they also have gluten-free, but there were none when I left. not sure about Wi-Fi, but depending on where they park there is a Pokemon fitness!

If I could give crusty pizza port perry a zero star rating, I would. I ordered a pizza and panzo for delivery. it came an hour and a half later, and the order was wrong. when I spoke to her that it was wrong. I was told that what was written down was what I ordered. I told them that this is not the case because I would never order sharp sausages on my pizza or mushrooms. I was told by the girl on the phone that I could either get a loan, or I could have them withdraw the panzo and they would bring him to me in an hour. I told her that would be good, I'd wait the hour for the right panzo. 10-15 minutes later I get a call back from the same girl that advised me I would have to pay another tax fee for her mistake if I wanted my order. I told them there was no possibility that I paid for her mistake and that I appreciate my correct order. then she told me that I was wrong and that when I had commanded him, the girl had confirmed my order twice. that was not the case as I would have told them that they had misunderstood the order. in the round they called me a lousy and refused to bring my panzo. my options, according to the girl were to come for a refund, pay for the additional shipping costs or come in and get my own corrected panzo. I told them I would be there for my refund. I get all the way to load and the girl refuses to give me a refund. tells me I can take my pizza and go. she refused to give me a manager name, refused to give me the owner name, refused to give me information. essentially they took my money and made me the wrong order and wouldn't give me my money back that they told me again that I would come over the phone. I talked to her “manager” this morning, who told me in no time that I should go somewhere and then go on to shout and hang on me. it is not surprising that the employees act as if this is the kind and wise of the manager. I would highly recommend that they work on their customer service!

The pizza was doughy and had gritty bacon, which was not appetizing. I would not recommend wasting your money here. Additionally, if you choose to dine here, expect to be greeted by unfriendly employees who seem bothered by your presence and order.
