Contribuisci feedbackWas very happy with Ronnie B’s. The staff was super friendly and the food was delicious. I had the grill shrimp with fries and my wife had the smoked fish diver appetizer. Both were big and enough to fill us. The shrimps were very tasteful and the fish diving was some of the best we had.
Great retro seafood house. RB is a resignation to the '60s or '70s. Old Fashion Mon and Pop Seafood House. Many fried fish and shrimps. Old timely salad bad (iceberg salad, onions, shredded cheese etc.)(with a first class German potato salad and a fabulous home made blue cheese dressing! Fresh fish like you no longer find... It comes from the boat served on the day of its. The grilled grouper fantastic. The whole flounder (some that are found very rarely can be either fried or bruised. This is one of the best fish you can find. Late and eat in the bar... You will visit and drink with the owner and the cook. If you leave, feel like a normal can not say enough good things about this place.
I had dinner there tonight and it was pretty crowded for a Thursday night. The service was so. The drinking glasses they give you are tiny and therefore do not come by to give you a refill if necessary. Apart from that, the food was fantastic. I had the steak and shrimp. My girlfriend had crab fingers and broken shrimps and it was all fantastic
We ate here recently for the first time and would be very competitive and will go back definately, the server we had told wonderful stories about when he was a ski instructor for British children, he was very attentive and funny. We had a wonderful selection of salads at the salad bar, as well as a fully equipped bar, we ordered a seafood plate that was large enough to share and it was wonderfully cooked for perfection, we updated to the grouper and were very happy with the choice. I don't think my glass ever was empty, our server was so attentive. The scallops were nicely cooked, rejoiced to try the steak next trip.
False Review Above Superb Food. My Wife and I were renting a condo on Cape San Blas during the new years holiday. A local friend of ours recommended the Steaks and Seafood at the newly constructed Ronnie B 's Restaurant. We stopped in on Sunday night Dec. 30 and the wife had a Broiled Mates seafood platter and I had the Ribeye. Both were outstanding. We have done a lot of traveling over the past 30 years and this is probably the best steak Ive ever eaten. The wife said her seafood was some of the best she had ever tasted. The staff were friendly courteous and on top of things. We liked this place so good, we decided to return on New Years Eve for the Prime Rib Special. New Years Eve was a by reservation only with 2 different feeding times. The first was at 6PM and the second was 8PM. We wanted to come to the 6PM but reservations were full so we choose 8PM. I Wanted to order seafood but they were only serving Prime Rib this night. Im glad I was forced to eat the Prime Rib because it was perfect. These folks know how to treat their customers and cook food thats absolutely fantastic. We were told by staff the fireworks were going to be fired off around 10PM. We waited around in the parking lot after we were done eating for approx 30 minutes until the fireworks were fired off. This is how I know the above Review is false. Prime Rib was the only item available for order on New Years Eve and we were next to the last table to leave so the staff could not have blamed the overcooked food on the fireworks because this place was empty of customers way before the fireworks ever started. I assure you our next trip to Cape San Blas we will be back at Ronnie B 's. Thanks for two pleasant nights with spectacular food!!!!!!
