Contribuisci feedbackI had a disappointing experience during my first visit back to this restaurant since returning to remote work. The total wait time exceeded 30 minutes, which cut into my lunch break. On a positive note, the staff member who took my order was friendly. However, the long wait was frustrating, and the food did not live up to my expectations. The fries were lackluster (as shown in the picture), and both the fries and burger were served cold, despite the fact that I live only 2 minutes away. Additionally, the root beer I ordered was bland and flat. This was my first negative experience here, and it will likely be my last.
I went through the drive-thru and had to wait approximately 15 minutes for my order, which included a Big Buford meal and a chili cheese dog with all the toppings. Unfortunately, the burger and fries were cold, and the chili cheese dog didn't have any cheese on it. The only thing they got right was the drink. I'm not sure when I’ll be returning.
I decided to drop by on a whim because my friend had a buy-one-get-one coupon for the Big Buford. I thought I'd get some fries as well, but I was shocked when the total jumped from around $6 to over $15. I'm not sure what their pricing strategy is because while the fries were decent, I don’t think they’re worth $10.
The food is quite tasty, and their fries are truly outstanding. However, the service could use some improvement. It's hard to say whether you'll encounter a friendly staff or some attitude. Overall, the customer service is pretty much on the same level as typical fast food restaurants. What keeps bringing me back is the quality of the food, and the fountain drinks are always refreshing—I’ve never had a flat one.
Our experience at the drive-thru was quite disappointing due to the lack of customer service. The person taking our order asked us to hold multiple times, which we understand can happen during busy periods. However, when he returned, he consistently told us to slow down while we were placing our order. This would have been acceptable, but when we sought clarification on a few items, he ignored several of our requests. When we attempted to confirm our order, he interrupted us abruptly and condescendingly said, "You're speaking to a manager, honey." It was no surprise that some items were incorrect. If he truly is the manager, he needs to work on his approach. Overall, it was an uncomfortable experience, and we will not be returning.
