Mcdonald's - Port Saint Lucie

The woman wearing a security vest at the restaurant needs to work on her personality, especially when she is working at the register. She seemed disinterested and unfriendly. When my family and I approached the register, she even asked us with an attitude, "Are you ordering something?" I mean, if we are at the register, it's pretty obvious that we are ready to place an order.

I am baffled as to why my wife was refused an ice water at the drive-thru window for political reasons. It seems they would prefer to encourage a potential customer to give a member of the public something as simple as a cup of ice water. I have never had any issues at this establishment before, whether it be at the drive-thru or inside the restaurant. I would not recommend dining here.

I placed a mobile order at this restaurant and everything went smoothly. I picked up my order in my car but had to wait for almost 5 minutes in line, along with six other cars, before placing my order.

By the drive around 10:40pm absolutely no traffic or haste of any kind. employees were super nice. but eating was terrible, my pommes were lukewarm (at best) a my chicken sandwich was a bad attempt to slap bread on a call it food. only the quality was the soda I got in order.

THE worst experience EVER. Told me they didn't offer a free apple pie if they failed to ask you about your rewards app even though the LARGE sign in the drive thru said otherwise. Then the Asst. GM proceeded to call the police on me when I told her I wasn't moving out the drive thru until I got my pie lol. HORRIBLE.
