St. Lucie Trail Golf Club

One of the best courses I played, and for e-money it is great! And the staff is friendly and helpful!

Played there for the first time today. I found the course challenging and well kept, except the greens were slow, because a bit punched. Well for the bad news, apparently this course is very close to being a private course, and the members already think it is. Some times during our round we were told to speed up because the players shouted behind and complain about our pace of the game. We played the front 9 in 1 hour and 58 minutes and got a warning and we played the back 9 in 1 hour and 45 minutes and was warned a second time So my advice to anyone who will play there is if you don't want to feel your round rushed to every hole, up to the point that you can't even enjoy is playing elsewhere.

Driving range needs work. I was surprised that more than half of the exercise rooms were reserved only for members. A real bummer. Bucket balls are expensive. The grass (no mats) was torn and the space was narrow. Beautiful practice green and chip area.

Excellent value. challenging layout, with hard, fast, but real greens and always in great condition. Interesting and friendly staff with excellent practical facilities. Rated member rates make it possible for everyone to join. Lakeview Bar and Grille serves good food and is a fun atmosphere after a round.
