Wawa - Port Saint Lucie

The service at Curbside is disappointing. I had to wait 15 minutes for just one coffee while my car was running. When the coffee was finally brought out, it spilled everywhere because there were no napkins or straw provided. The employee seemed annoyed that she had to bring me my coffee. I had to go back into the store to get napkins to clean up the mess in my car and ask for a straw.

I placed an order and prepaid through the mobile app 30 minutes before the scheduled 2:15 pm pickup. However, when I arrived at 2:25, my order was not ready. After waiting for another 10 minutes, I noticed three sandwiches sitting at the pickup register. I had to ask for my order, which seemed to have been forgotten. The staff seemed confused and unorganized. I also added a free drink to my order through the app, but when I mentioned it to the staff, they claimed they had no record of it. Overall, the experience was disappointing and frustrating. The sandwiches were good, but the service and app were subpar. I am left wondering why I bothered ordering from this establishment.

I had a fantastic morning enjoying a sausage and cheese biscuit from this restaurant. Unfortunately, an hour later, my boss had to send me home due to uncontrollable sickness. I believe I got food poisoning from the meal, as my body continues to expel whatever contaminated the food. It is evident that proper food safety protocols were not followed here, resulting in lost time at work. Needless to say, I will not be dining here again.

My food order is never wrong, customer service is always absolutely punctual, any time of day. I can't guarantee that every location is this amazing, but this is all I could ask.

Where's the beef?! Barbacoa that is... I should have got a sub for $2 cheaper and twice as much meat. It would have made a better dinner.
