Brunch done right! This upper west side brunch spot located just across from Columbia university is a local and student favorite.

We did a phone (45 mins before) order in view of previous long wait time/s.Still waited! We have given this business many chances to get it right on time, but unfortunately we won't be back. We watched staff in the kitchen and hygiene was lacking big time. Owner was aware we were watching, and wiped his nose on his hand and continued to make meals!!!! Other guy dropped a tea towel on the floor and picked it up to use on the bench!!!!Wow.

Excellent food and service. Fed our family with flake, crumbed flathead and chicken burger. Heaps of flathead and huge piece of flake. Serves were so big we couldn't eat all our chips. Guys running it were very friendly.

Delicious fish and chips with an ENORMOUS piece of flake and heaps of chips. Also had a really yummy steak sanga and just about the fattest burger I've ever seen. Feed my two teenage boys. Great option for Friday night takeaways!
