PizzAxl's Pizza + - Port Stanley

It was so nice to finally have a truly homemade pizza for a change. The crust wasn't just hand-assembled with frozen dough, it was actually handmade. I was informed that my order would take longer than my friends' (who all ordered at the same time) because my pizza was made from scratch. It turned out delicious! The wings were also fantastic. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and seemed genuinely happy to be working there.

The service was satisfactory. The burger was tasty and made in-house. However, the nachos were disappointing. The menu had a decent selection. I would definitely return and recommend this place. I rated it 3 out of 5 stars because the burger was delicious and the service was acceptable. Just be aware that they do not accept credit cards.

The fired pizza was delicious and ready in just 20 minutes. It was topped with plenty of cheese and I would definitely return to this restaurant.

We often go here with our family and loved to command from here. jay is a personal family server. he only knows we'll order. we will come back again and again.

The husband and I went out for a later dinner. It was really disappointing. I had to find the waitress for literally everything from getting a menu, drinks and finding out when our food would be up. We waited over 45 minutes before appetizers were...served. When the food actually arrived it was truly disappointing. I got the Nacho Dip which was basically unflavored chilli with some deep fried nachos and a Ceasar Salad which had romain hearts/ends,not enough dressing and no lemon. My husband got the Deluxe and Meat Lovers Specialty pizzas in large size which might have had 10 pepperoni in total between them, super skimpy toppings and almost no cheese. He did like the crust but that was the only thing he liked about them and what little toppings there was started a full inch from the edge. The waitress was new but when I was straight with her about how much we didn 't enjoy the experience the only thing she did was apologize and stated for the 15th time she was new. We paid over 70$ for this and it was absolutely not worth it. Absolutely won 't be returning, suggest you skip this restaurant. In talking with others in town about our meal we heard similar experiences on the patheticly topped pizza 's so seems like the norm from here. Save your money or go somewhere else.
