Very disappointing visit to the Port Talbot branch last week. I had to wait while the staff member was fixing her phone behind the counter. Didn't ask if I was staying in or taking away, placed my order without even looking up. Food (pizza) was overcooked and burned, and coffee was absolutely awful (chai latte). More intent in talking about rubbish between themselves instead of serving customers and ignoring them, had to repeat our order loads of times, worse one to date , Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: £1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Every time I have visited the staff are run off their feet and quite grumpy. Rightly so I suppose. But doesn't make the customer experience very nice Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: £1–10

I had a coffee and a cappuccino; they were decent, but nothing extraordinary. The seating was also not very comfortable.
