The customer service is amazing and there are so many options available! Definitely worth a visit, you won't be disappointed.

I visited 16 Handles in Port Washington one weekend when I was feeling down and having a bad day. I went in to get some frozen yogurt to cheer myself up. A young boy named Will approached me, introduced himself, and showed me the new flavors. Will's kindness and great service really brightened my day. I will always remember the positive experience I had at the restaurant and am glad I decided to stop by that day.

This place has the best frozen yogurt and toppings. The staff keeps it super clean. AMAZING!

Best tasting yogurt at the Port Washington location and their staff is always the most helpful and courteous. We drive an extra half hour just to go to this location, rather than a closer one right near our house. Port Washington 16Handles is the best !

The Eurotart flavor — kind of a classic frozen Greek yogurt — is delightfully refreshing. And tart. Balance it with strawberry, mango, colorful mochi. Extra napkins b/c I’m messy (but I blame the kid)
