Fuji - Portage

This is my favorite sushi spot in the area. The sushi is always incredible. I especially enjoy the vegetable tempura and edamame. Vivian is an outstanding server too!

For more than six years, Fuji has been offering truly authentic sushi! It's not the Americanized version you might expect. Can you believe the large, fresh pieces of fish served over perfectly formed small rice balls are exactly what I used to enjoy at my neighborhood sushi spot in Tokyo or have delivered to my home by motorcycle couriers? I also highly recommend this restaurant for its attentive and friendly customer service.

Absolutely one of my top recommendations! My husband and I visit this place frequently. The food is amazing, the staff is incredibly friendly, and it’s one of the most beautiful spots in the city.

Always delicious. Not as good as the stuff you get in New York or San Francisco but great for the Midwest area. I recommend the Dragon Roll
