Order on line. It should be ready in 25 to 30 minutes. I wanted to pick her up and wait 25 minutes. We ordered four pizzas. Half the order was hardly warm and soggy. It was like half the order and the other half was forgotten until later. It wasn't busy. There were only two people in front of me. Worst food I ever had.
I ordered online and accidentally a pickup time for 915 instead of 815. I went in and asked if I could start her earlier because it was an hour away until it was ready, and I made a mistake. (It was a classic cheese and breadsticks) The girl that works had no idea what someone had asked, it seemed. She thought my pizza was another one that looked like she was sitting all day. I told her it wasn't mine. She said she couldn't start my order earlier because the ticket wasn't out yet, so I asked her if I could just get my money back. She went back and came back and said: No, don't I think? We wasted time and came back about 45 minutes later. I saw another person on the counter table, so I thought I would try again. He also seemed confused and tried to give me the same pizza that the girl tried about 45 minutes before. I said it wasn't mine and they wanted to give it to me earlier. He asked if I wanted it, and I answered that it looks old and I didn't. I asked if I got my money back and he said yes. The manager came to reimburse me, and said your order is coming now, are you sure? If the first employee gave me a refund, I wouldn't have been mad. My order was simple too. I'm not going back to the store.
I visited this location last weekend while I went to the city for a visit with family. I ordered some pizzas. When I got there, I had to wait 30 minutes, even though I got a pick-up time. When I asked how much longer the children were very rude and laughed in my face. There was no urgency, though the place was filled with people waiting. They were more busy with their phones. When I came home, I opened the pizzas and they were all boiled. The pepperoni pizza had a bandage on the side of the crust. I called the shop, but to my surprise? the punk that answered me, no one had a bandage and hung on me. I tried to call back a few times, but no answer. I called the next day and asked for the manager, but they told me she was too busy. This was the poorest excuse of service and food quality I have ever received.
The prices were reasonable, the staff however... so there was one employee working the register wearing nothing but what appeared to be a bed sheet. And instead of boxing my pizza, he tried to hand it to me on the shaft of what I can only assume was the shaft of an actual medieval spear. I 'm not easily rattled, and asked this man for Parmigiano packets, to which he would only respond pizza pizza with a vacant and uncanny gaze as if his eyes were drawn on his face. Out of an abundance of caution, I took both pizzas he had impaled on his primeval weaponry, even though they were both pepperoni and I had ordered one meat. Whatever. I left in a hurry, the smell of laurel overwhelming me as I left in a hurry. I can only assume I was on a prank show or this little Cesar 's was trying to be more inclusive in their hiring practices. Either way, good pizza, good prices, eclectic staff. Hope no one gets stabbed.
