Panera Bread - Portage

I've been trying to eat healthier, so I decided to visit Panera. I have to say, they offer some of the best salads. Today, I tried the chicken poppy salad, and it was incredibly fresh, vibrant, and tasty. All the fruits in the salad were also fresh and delicious. I know I should have chosen the apple, but I just can't resist their bread. So, I opted for the half salad – it’s a step toward healthier eating, but I can't make the switch all at once!

I always enjoy stopping for a meal here. I was really impressed with the grilled cheese and tomato soup combination; it was fantastic! Their food is consistently delicious. My only complaint is that some of the baked goods sell out quickly.

This location has the best morning drive-thru crew I've ever encountered. I'm not part of the Sip Club anymore, but I still crave my coffee every morning. The staff is so amazing that most of the time, I just provide my number, and they tell me they'll see me at the front. By the time I pull up, they’ve already prepared my order exactly how I like it—a perfect cup of coffee and some ice cream. It truly makes me feel valued as a customer, rather than just another number. Great job, team!

I like the old Panera better. I haven't been to Panera for many years. I have the whole bagel with onion and Chive cream cheese. The cream cheese actually diders like spinach artichoke diving for some reason. It also reduces fat. It wasn't good at all. The bagel was great. I also had a hazelnut coffee that was pretty good. Another complaint is that they are looking for failed plastic guides that I am not a fan of plastic and see this as a waste. It was clean and the staff were super friendly and smiling.

It's 5pm. We came in to eat. All the lemonade were already being taken down and put into pitchers. I can guarantee customers alike would rather get them out of the machine. It's circulating and eye appealing. It looks so dead and warm in them pitchers. It's just too early to be taken down. I also pay for a subscription and would like to enjoy my drinks, a lot of times they are doing this. The drink stations are the worst in my opinion. Never stocked always out of coffee aswell. It took many many times for this to happen for me to make a Google review.
