Pizza Hut - Portales

The service in this restaurant is terrible. the young gentleman who started waiting for us has done good work, but I guess it was time for him to go. the other 2 women were in register and gossiped! we had to ask for everything we needed. Lazy staff!

The service was great and the management was very welcoming, welcome and all the staff were very friendly.

The crust was not good at all. twice, I asked if I had the garlic butter on it and they did not do it in time. the crust was so dry and hard. the toppings look like they were thrown on the pizza. probably never back.

Online order. when I got the load, the gm said, one of the orders canceled my order. nothing was offered for the inconvenience. they have made my order new and it took 20 min for a personal pan pfefferoni pizza

They were all working together, and they were very kind and helpful.
