Peking Q Pizza Portarlington

I ordered a pizza from Q Pizza today and was almost finished eating when I found a long hair in it. I called to request a refund, but they refused and hung up before I could explain further. I then went to the Q Pizza location, where the staff member was quite rude and only offered me a refund of €7, even though I had paid €25 for the pizza.

I would not eat here again. I was charged 25 euros for a pizza and spice bag, but after I found hair in my food, they only refunded me 7 euros.

Some of the food burnt .pizza was average .could walk on the curry sauce it was that thick, as for chicken dippers had one in my mouth chewing it for 20minutes i took it out and not a mark on it like rubber,the burger was that cremated went to throw it in the bin hit side of bin broke bin in s e.

Great food at great prices and always very quick to deliver

The service was extremely poor and the staff were rude. The chips were overcooked and lacked any seasoning. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
