Contribuisci feedbackI had a negative experience at this restaurant. I found that an extra $60 was charged to my bill, and the staff seemed to use a lack of awareness as an excuse for the mistake.
Recent staff additions and changes have transformed this location into a classic Tim Hortons. The employees are friendly, the service is excellent, and there’s usually no long wait. One employee at the drive-thru (I think her name was Heather, but I only caught a glimpse of her name tag) is especially personable and goes above and beyond to provide great customer service. And yes, drinking the Smart Water really made me feel smarter—though I might just have been dehydrated, lol. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience!
I love Tim's, but my coffee order was incorrect. I received a double triple instead of a triple double, and it ended up being too sweet for my taste.
I absolutely love my Tim Hortons! At most places, my order gets messed up around 50% of the time (I do have a quirky order), but these guys get it right almost every time! The staff is friendly, and the location is perfect for me!
