Goody Goody Omelet House - Porters Neck

Waited about 20 min on a Sunday. The food is good. The biscuits are excellent. Most drinks served in a styrofoam cup. Bring cash or use the ATM inside the bathroom hallway for a $3.50 fee. The place itself looks like a revamped and old Waffle House. Lots of locals and a distinct NC vibe.

1st time visiting.. it was an awesome breakfast.. just like granny used to make. I’m a grits freak and theirs are maybe the best I’ve had. Don’t miss out. Parking: The problem isn’t parking.. the restaurant gets packed really easy so it might be a little bit of a wait.

Food was so good. I had 2 eggs scrambled with hash browns and side of liver pudding. My dad had 2 eggs over easy with grits and bacon.
