Contribuisci feedbackEvery single time I have been to this location, I am always greeted with a warm welcome and a knowledgable barista. Everyone is super friendly, helpful, and provides excellent service. This is my go-to location when I am in the area.
I moved to Wilmington in January and started going here because it’s super close to my place. There is one specific employee that is EXTREMELY rude to me every single time I go through the drive thru. I order a Vanilla Breve. It’s a real drink and a real term and he consistently asks stuff like oh so you want a latte with heavy cream? Or he’ll say so you want half n half with ice knowing full well what it is because I’ve had issues with him for over a few months now. Now it’s not only him but at least 3 other employees who treat me like absolute **** every time I order it and make me feel like I’m stupid and my drink order isn’t real? Like GOOGLE what a Vanilla Breve is? It’s not a latte. I have a full blown video of him mocking my fiancé after I went inside to have him fix my drink after he messed it up where he made rude remarks about how I didn’t have to pay for a remake at least since I have my “preferences” I’ve asked to speak to an owner both on FB messenger and Instagram because how else do I get this resolved and have never gotten a response. I’ve worked in coffee for 10 years and never have I ever treated someone so terribly.
