Sweet N Savory's Epicurean Bistro In Wilm

Despite the attractive menu, many of the items I had previously enjoyed were no longer available. Our food took nearly 40 minutes to arrive, and while it was beautifully presented, it lacked seasoning. My husband had to wait an additional 10 minutes to request salt and pepper. My salad, which I had requested with dressing on the side, arrived soaked in dressing with soggy lettuce and a few candied walnuts. The Caesar salad my daughter ordered was average at best but significantly larger than my disappointing salad. The steak on my salad was cold and tough. When we settled the bill, the server inquired about our experience, and I shared my concerns. She repeatedly apologized and offered to make it right with dessert, but we were ready to leave. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this restaurant. While we wanted to support this new business, they would greatly benefit from a professional to assist with customer service.

The food and our waiter, Leo, were both excellent! The chef, Nolas, was also exceptional!
