The asada was NOT a typical corte de asada and instead resembled leftover and reheated crumbles of barbacoa or deshebrada. The pollo taco was okay at best, I would have preferred a rotisserie chicken taco from the grocery store and that would have tasted better. I don’t know who is saying these are the best tacos in porterville but clearly they’ve never had tacos outside of porterville. I’ll be happy to never eat this filth again.
They use to be really good but in my opinion the quality has went down. Also they raised their prices yet the food isn't worth what they are charging. I ordered some food for my kids and I and they made our food with mainly fat. Which I didn't order lard tacos and lard burritos but that's what they gave us. So gross and disappointing. Our food was definitely not good nor worth what they charged.
Best tacos in porterville by far best authentic Mexican food
This place was so good! It was recommended to me by a friend, so some friends and I swung by to give it a shot. The food was amazing, but what really stole the show was the horchata. It was probably the best I've ever had! This place is definitely worth the visit, and I will be coming back in the near future.
Great food! I always order something with a side of rice, because if the rice isn't good who cares about the other stuff. I judge Mexican restaurants with extreme prejudice based on the simple menu items. But this restaurant has great cooks! It reminds me of my grandma's cookings. I recommend the Chile relleno plate with homemade tortillas!
