Mcdonald's - Porterville

I really enjoyed the Bacon Egg Cheese McGriddle Meal; it was delicious! The large sweet iced tea had a great flavor as well. The only downside was that the 3-pack of cookies wasn't warm.

I was disappointed with my recent experience at McDonald's because they forgot my ice cream and the fries I received were not fresh. I've noticed that when I order through DoorDash, the fries tend to be hard and cold, but when I dine in at the restaurant, they're always hot and fresh. I really hope they can improve on making sure my entire order is included.

The French fries were cold and stale, the chicken nuggets were old, and the Hot and Spicy McChicken was overcooked. I was really disappointed and won't be eating here again. I hadn't ordered from this place in a long time.

Half of my nuggets were old hard and the other half of my nuggets were VERY UNDERCOOKED. My big Mac patties were overcooked and the buns cold.

They appear to be improving lately. I used to frequently encounter issues like incorrect orders and burnt muffins. However, I just took a bite of my Egg McMuffin, and...
