Akasaru Ramen - Portland

This place deserves the hype. Delicious spicy miso with pork belly and veggies, and the wakane salad was on point! We'll be back.

Had the shoyu ramen and hubby had the spicy miso. Great toppings, pork belly is yummy ramen even had a couple of dumplings. Broth was delicious mild and not too salty which I've found several ramen restaurant's broth is too salty. I definitely pick this place over boxer ramen, their pork belly taste like ham and too salty.

The pork belly in the miso bowl is the best I've ever had... and the music selection was so mellow yet contemporary!

Every bite was delicious. Unassuming with great flavor.

Friendly staff and great Ramen! What more could you ask for in a Ramen shop?
