Arby's - Portland

I consistently get stomach pains before I even leave the establishment. By all means I should hate it but I love it so.

I always get good food here. The hot food and the cold Turkey sandwiches are so good. I love the bread they use. And the cheese sauce with fries are delicious. Love this place.

Food has gone down hill tremendously to the point I thought my roast beef was purchased from Fred Meyers up the street lol. It was cut really thick, and had little to no flavor. Just like if you open a pack of roast beef from the grocery store. We ordered a side of cheddar, and literally it was comical how little they actually gave us, looked like they took the cup and scraped off a thin layer from one of the sandwiches. Went here twice recently thinking it was just an off day but no, their meat has definitely changed. And whoever is in charge needs to retrain staff of how much beef and cheddar actually go on the sandwichs because the sandwich was as thick as a cheeseburger from the golden arches... Hopefully they can get it together soon!

While placing my I accidentally messed up my boneless wing order and some lady comes on that intercom and starts screaming at making me very uncomfortable, and it was very rude, to scream at customers is not ok. Samantha was her name she says she needs to be immediately.

We went to Arby’s with my 5 month old the customer service was SO WONDERFUL! Everybody was so kind to us. From the managers to the employee wiping the tables the woman taking drive through orders (even tho we were in the dinning room she still came to say hi to our son). We have never had such a pleasant experience. Thank you everyone!Kid-friendliness: The employees really enjoyed saying hi to our 5 month old!Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs small ramp up curb. Doors aren’t automatic tho.
