Arby's - Portland

I went to the Drive thru and got 2 French Dips for $5, I thought it was a good deal. A fast food franchise that offers sandwiches at a good value. Several years ago they added the market fresh line. These are made fresh on slices of premium sliced bread and are tasty. There other sandwiches are made on a bun when you order them. I like the Rueben sandwich. They offer Pepperidge Farm turnover desserts.

I went to this location yesterday. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich, medium curly fries and a medium chocolate shake. Didn?t get my buffalo chicken sandwich. I got 2 beef and cheddar sandwiches instead. Small curly fries, and they forgot about mymilkshake! Never coming here again!

Waited in line OVER 30 minutes at the Drive thru just to order and 10 to 15 minutes to get my Arby's club sandwich and 2 double roast beef sandwiches and a freezing medium crinkle fries. OPEN the lobby for crying out loud. It was around 1:30 in theafternoon and should not have been a big deal. Guess I was wrong.

We wanted to try the new rib sandwiches so we ordered and paid through the Arby?s app. When we got to the drive thru, we told the staff member we had a mobile order and he told us to go to the next window. At the second window, the cashier tried tocharge us twice for our meal and drinks. We explained we already paid in advance and he looked confused. When we asked forstraws he acted like it was too much trouble. The dining room was still closed to the public so we ate in the parking lot. Thefood was good.

Over half hour wait in drive thru, out of coke, and half a dozen other things. The order was wrong. The people were nice.
